Animates wanted to build on their commitment of creating an awesome experience for people and their pets, by offering everything that a pet parent would need, delivered same-day. After a heuristic analysis of the current state, and working with the existing page structure and IA, I designed a new system and the accompanying UX, UI, and error handling to communicate stock and delivery available depending on a user's location or preferred store.
